What in the flying skarner were you thinking?

Honestly Riot, you have destroyed many good champs and either created a few op ones over the past two years. You've also buffed many champs that didn't even need it. However, what you did to skarner is unbelievable. To have wards all over the jungles that give bonuses is just absurd. You took a tanky champ who was seldom used and made him into a cheap cheater. Having that ability gives him and his team an extremely unfair advantage. To put it out there, playing this new skarner is simply cheating. You just ruined the balance of the game.
