Not really. I usually get roa as fast as I can the it depends onabyssal scepter or hourglass. They did buffed her (switching w dmgs into small dmg and cd buf on her q) that is really good for her. She's not anymore a k-o tanky ap assassin (like kassadin), but more a low range poker with the ability to destroy your opponent if he takes too much damages. So you can practice to poke with her q (I suggest you to use minions its easier) and you can keep an acceptable range from your opponent while finishing minions to farm because your q has a slow that allows you to move easier. Once you have enough items, you can freely go in and destroy your opponent.
You can counter very easily theses champions with good w when they are out of position (too close from you to get a minion hit) or to give you a little help on escape. You can for sure poke with your q to deal some damages while being safe behind the minions. Here are the champions I've had alot of great games : Zed --> lissandra literally explodes him, Fizz --> he cannot do anything against you (always try to ult him early if hes squishie and if he gets tanky poke him down with q-w and wait for a partner, I've noticed that against a tank you can snowball them but it's risky but once you've got a partner its a freekill), Jayce --> you can take a good 5-6 of his e-q with keep a nice health (+ 50%) and once hes out of position snowball him (if he gets tanky to avoid your power, he wont deal anough damage to keep you far so youll be able to q him alot and w if he gets in range). Yasuo --> yasuo needs to get very close so just w him wait his wind wall goes down and k-o him with r-q-e (I suggest you to run ignite against him). Finally I always destroyed teemos and wont explain why, you prolly know :P
Hes are some strategies I've found against her counters :
1- when youre mid against a high range mage, lissandra have alot of issues and you would need to go very deep if you want a kill, so I suggest you to clear minion waves and gank yourself top-bot lane to get kills. You will have to buy many wards to keep a good vision. Place a pink around baron/dragon and ask your jungler to buy one for the other side and it'll be easier for you to see which lane is over pushing and to control the map vision of your enemy and assure you a succesful gank. Also, ALWAYS TRY TO COME FROM BEHIND! Especially ganks from other's enemy jungler triangle (like the triangle just by the turret)
2- Against bursty tanky mages like kassadin or diana, the only tool I have against that is to ban them. I rarely first pick lissandra because shes isnt too hard to counter lane phase. So if you really want to play her, ask your first pick teamate to ban champions like kassadin or xerath (people nowaday dont know how to play diana anymore). And dont get lure by sites that say cassiopeia and ahri counter lissandra ; this is not true you explode them both (you will ahve an hard lane phase but once youre level 6 they will not be aggressive)
3- Use your e as a bait or in a scary way. I've found very useful to scare other teams with my giant hand going to them making them think we're going to engage the fight. A situation that happened alot is when we were sieging a turret and the other team was defending it pretty well, so I waited for the siege minnion wave and I e'ed in from jungle but I didnt recasted it. The other team literally ran away alot of times making our team able to get the turret faster.
4- Roam alot. The more youre present on the map, the better you will do in the game. That requires also good roams (like your jungle is doing big wraiths and wolves and your bot lane is being pushed and mid lane the minios are in the center of the lane, you can ask you jungler to hold your lane while you gank bot lane). It also requires map vision control. For every succeful gank, I try to buy 2 wards or 1 pink. 1 pink for river vision or 2 wards for enemy's jungle vision (our mine if theyre invading alot)
5- Late game fight, NEVER ENGAGE THE FIGHT
