Misc. currently is were people are posting for teams.. and stuff about ISIS.
Lets organize a board for people seeking a team unless someone knows of another handy tool the general population uses to find a team or find members for a team.
I think it would be cool of ranked team 5v5s could be treated a little like teambuilder. Where captains can post what roles they are looking for and if anyone is playing that specific role in a ranked game, the team will have an option of spectating them, letting more teams forcus on recruiting the players they want instead of having to deal with a large portion of the players trying out.
I think this is a grand Idea, It would help us create new friendships and find people we can work well with possibly find more people with Skype and other voice call mechanisms to help call outs.
I support this.
Please Riot make this happen.(Or at least give it a try)
