Nope. She can put it on anyone and it is a way to counterplay her. You are supposed to use it to prevent the incoming burst of damage, so use it early rather than later.

This. A common misconception about her ult is that it's supposed to extend someone's life at a clutch time. It CAN, but is better used when the most damage is coming in regardless of how much life they have then it hits. towards the end of a yasuo opening ult is a great time, for instance, even if a target is full HP

YEAH I LIKE TRYNDAMERE WHERE HE PRESSES R and destroys atleast 1 turret ,but nexus or inhibitor counterplay
