Is it just me, or does League of Legends no longer work on Windows 10 after its Update?

After Windows 10 had a large update (that changed nothing, when they kept saying that new features would be added, and forced 2 hours out of my time, anyways), League of Legends no longer works, for some odd reason.

I double-click on the icon, and this comes up instantly: http://i.imgur.com/Mhbi8O1.png

Please help.

Help and support is the place to be for this, but in the meanwhile try right clicking the icon and choosing 'run as administrator'.
