I mean, Riot said he would be treated like how Cait was with the ADC changes, just a small buff or two with increased QoL.

Riot just stated he would be receiving small changes and some QOL improvements to his kit. (Kind of like Caitlyn )

Been waiting for 2 years since the announced the "rework"..... Nothing but nerfs ever since 
Vel'koz has no place in the game as it is. Not that he's a bad champ or his kit is weak or anything. Other mages just do his job better for the most part. His unique niche is basically just an AP poke support. It's not like they're doing a full rework. They're tweaking him so people have more of a reason to play him and give him a more distinct identity. I'm just hoping the give him a little bit of safety and maybe value to his passive. His abilities look and feel awesome for the most part.
He's part of the "Mage Rework" but he's not really getting reworked. It's more like, the project's title, with him being part of it. His changes are supposed to be minor compared to the rest, like Cait's.

<_< ... well... you know... if they want to make a few minor changes here and there, I say go for it... as long as his kit is about the same, at the most nerf some stuff to compensate for a second passive I think I'd be fine with it. Though with there is no

Yeah, I really have no idea what they intend to do, even with small changes, 'cause I've never really had a problem with him, myself.

Why? They are clearly going to make him the next broken OP champ that'll be in every game for the next six months.

i think he deserves it,right now he's just a damage machine,everything you do is damage and you're balanced around damage. I know some may like doing damage but i personally prefer a bit more indepth character since he feels so bland outside of ult 5 men

Hating intensifies I really like Taric. The rework is not necessary. One time, I decided to play a game with 3000+ ping JUST BECAUSE I enjoy him that much. Level 9, lag gone, 3 items, and DUMPSTERS a level 14 riven and half of her team by kite and when I all inned I knew 1 could be killed and 2 would be by thunderlords. I proceeded to EWR with no autos and spell vamp w/ ap Taric, got a triple, and another. He is very enjoyable if you know the right builds and masteries. RITO HE DOESN'T NEED REWORK WHY
