Could we give Kindred *something back?

Now that I've gotten GP to rank 7, he and I are taking some time off from dating (We're still best friends -sniff-) and I am giving some other champs a try. Aatrox I discovered is ACTUAL GARBAGE right now. Less actual garbage but currently hurting is Kindred.

Firstly, she doesn't especially scale well with anything - Her values are low, her AD scaling is low. On hit effects, CDR, AS and sorta armor pen seem the best way to go so far but even still, they're all about grabbing marks far as I can tell. Triforce is kind nice as well. But he has had so much taken from him - Damage on his Q, Heal from E, placing their ult a distance, etc. Admittedly we were bored with how strong they were but I think this beat out GP for nerfs which is saying something!

How best do I utilize them and are there some fun tricks I'm not trying, IE, Building full tank or mystical magical Kindred Support? (Roaming, warding, stealing marked camps, build in damage, slow, percentage damage, more stylish bard ult)

Y'all are a tricky pair.
