When blitzcrank pulls someone and they flash yet powerfist connects after the flash how is this logical when u have removed everything else that targets b4 the animation and the spell effect hits(Darius pull and Cho'gaths silence) how is it fair to let blitzcrank keep his yet you remove the other two?

I think what you're describing is called a "hard read." It happens when you predict where they will flash, and you fire the hook in that direction.
Yeah, Rito should totally disable skill for Blitzcrank players. Make the hook about 18 times slower.
Blitz's power fist is a targeted skill with a delayed animation. The moment he clicks on you, you're going to get hit by it no matter what. Better to save your flash for another occasion. Same goes with other targeted skills like Quinn Vault and Vayne Condemn. What's the way to avoid this? Don't get in range of Blitz's hook if ya can't dodge it or hide behind minions.
