You already know what you need to do. You just need to do it.

Has it occurred to you the gold 5-4 might've been boosted

You play too many champions that you don't understand how to play

Focus on playing you know how and main them

Understand that you have too many kills or die too many times and you don't cs

You need to cs to get more gold and exp

I'm counter pick match up outplay the enemy or safely farm until you have the potential to dominate them in lane

Twitch does not counter vayne until you get your level 6 power spike

Best hint don't play high skill cap so you don't outplay yourself

champions like zed it does not work bc you lack the skills to play him

Just play easier champions

For zed u need to know how to place your shadows correctly and when to jump from shadow to shadow

Honestly? Don't play vayne. Don't play Vayne, Riven, Yasuo, or any champion that would be considered high skill. Pick champions with lower skill levels that are easier to learn and start there. Play Caitlyn bot lane because of her safety or Annie mid/supp because she has no skill shots. Pick easy junglers or top laners like vlad or warwick. At this level, you need to learn the basic mechanics of the games with csing, warding, and champion interaction. Also, don't try to counter pick. There's no such thing as counter picks in bronze. Just pick a safe, easy champion and learn how to cs well. You'll find that when you can cs well, you'll naturally get ahead in your lane and will hit power spikes sooner.
