i feel like she is only usefull when the adc is ahead so she can speed and shield the adc. sure her e + q is annoying but i feel like it doesnt do that much dmg. overall i dont see the reason why i get so many lulus in my team and against me.

Sachabot2 votesShe's pretty safe, for starters. She clears waves well and does okay damage throughout the game, although she lacks burst. But her shield+speed up+ ult+ single-target CC make her a real pain in teamfights, and when paired with a decent carry she becomes terrifying (but not on her own, or for herself). Lulu is a team-focused pick, and the drastic reduction in ability to single-man carry a game makes that kind of pick a lot stronger.

Her utility is useful, and her ult can be quite the game-changer. She's much more than a speed boost and shield bot, she can save your allies from the clutches of death.
Not to mention her ult slows as well as knocks up and give health, so ulting a Yi or Riven can make the enemy's life hell.
