When is the nerf to Jhin's ult coming?

It feels bad that Xerath's ult is way shittier and still isn't even coming close to it with the mage "update". I understand recently released things need to be op to get sales but come the fuck on. His ult is sooo overtuned, it should atleast not give vision or slow. You can 100-0 a squishy with it if no one is able to block it and if you get hit by one you get hit by four because of the super slow.

Xerath forces your opponent to attempt at dodging it. Jhin forces your opponent to both dodge it and have their allies to try intercept the bullet. That's kind of a big difference considering how Jhin's ult damage can be cut down up to 100% just by having someone in the area.
