As someone who's got about 860k mastery on Ashe with Sivir being a close second at 100k, I would not mind being allowed to play the game without auto losing to simply higher damage marksmen.
Varus is technically speaking a utility adc and has been meta for months now. Also, Tristana is now one of the worst ADCs in the game right now so I think you should check your facts before you seemingly randomly complain about an ADC that doesn't even see play anymore.
The problem is utility adcs still do massive damage compared to everyone else. Like varus who has been mentioned already.
I honestly write off my adc the moment they lock in sivir currently, though i can work with good ashe players, especially if my top laner is fiora its just easier to get her going and potentially she might spike fast enough to crush out the enemy teams map control to balance for the fact the adc picked sivir.
Ashe's DPS is actually a good deal higher than Trist's since her Q has around 50-70% uptime lategame
I kinda wanna see Jhin get played more though -- ashe's also annoying for him since her ulti cancels his.
By nerfs you mean buffs right?
