Karthus main here, tanky karthus is basically ROA + Rylai's and you can't be one shotted. Lategame if you build a seraph's embrace and go in the middle of the enemy team and spam Q and W while doing DPS with E you do tons of damage, and then just finish them off with a 1100+ damage dealing ult. A nice standard build for him is
