Give Shen's dash/taunt a width increase or Armour/MR reduction

I manage to hit most of my Shen taunts and I am not complaining for myself, I am complaining for those people who are trying to pick him up and can't hit a taunt most of the time. It's hit box is really small and his only form of cc. If you don't taunt on top the sucker you miss completely which then allows you to only use one of your two spells. So I think two things can be done to help his taunt.

ARMOR REDUCTION: 5 /7.5 / 10 / 12.5 / 15 or Magic Resist REDUCTION: 5 /7.5 / 10 / 12.5 / 15
Shadow Dash's width increased by 100

Um what? Shut your mouth! Shen is a God. Second he has damage you adding that stat alone would give me a lot of kill pressure perhaps even to much.

First lets look at Shen. Bonus damage every 9 seconds? A dash/taunt? Shield? and another Shield? I don't know about you but my win ratio with Shen is one of the highest in my entire Champion pool. But, there is a trick to what I do. I take him bottom...

Not top or into the Jungle. Why?

Shen has a huge amount of pressure that becomes present at level 6. Another power spike with the completion of item 3401 and then another one wit the completion of item 3068 and another with the completion of item 3190 . To the point where a simple guy that you think you have experimented wit can take a full fight and turn it on its head with nothing but tank items.

Dont waste your breath been trying to get this to riots attention for a while. Yet to receive a response. I don't want to sound negative and I realize I could try harder to fetch their attention... But seeing as how they never responded to many of my better submissions I've kind of lost hope.
