Not because of its stats no. It's because of its passive. Being able to move through units is a extremely powerful thing. How times have you died or a kill got away because you got stuck on minions? It's especially good considering the horrible path finding unit collision this game has.

Lugg1 votesThat is a common misconception. With devourer, you can still gank and pressure lanes. Getting a kill or assist is the same as killing a monster in jungle. Plus most junglers don't apply much pressure pre-6, so the window to get ahead is pretty small.

Ganking opportunities are in EVERY ELO. If that were true at all, there would be zero ganks at the pro level. You are forgetting that the supports and junglers ramp up the exact same amount as the laners. So their is very little difference.

If you read what I said they are more slim, not nonexistent. Two entirely different things.

A team is forced to either give up a lot of damage to their tower in a side lane, or send their AD Carry to answer the Banner minion; a lose-lose situation.

If you have a lot of resistances and put it in a lane, that land will not push against it because every fourth voidling will have like 400 ad. It also helps a lot with tankier tops split pushing that cant really do much to towers like singed or garen #themoreyouknow ;D

Jeanne fan club1 votesI think that abyssal scepter is another very good item. Its not the best item in the game but it is extremely gold efficient. Its 2430, offers 50 mr that you won't get per level on most midlaners. It offers 70 AP which is 10 less than most AP items, but it also offers 20 mr reduction which will help A LOT in teamfights. The mr reduction added to the 70 ap will do a little more damage than a 100 ap item. IDK tell me what you think about abyssal scepter guys.
