Matchmaker
Why does matchmaker match you with/against people that you've reported or ignored? It's obvious you don't want to play with these people anymore so why create the toxic environment?

I strongly agree.
I've heard the reason is that at high Diamond or master/challenger elo there are so few people that individuals could game the system to get certain teams, but at least in lower elo or normals it shouldn't happen.
At bare minimum I'd appreciate a big red flashing thing to tell me I have this person blocked so I can at least choose to dodge (instead of asking him what role he's going to want and probably getting an answer but not being able to read it and taking that role inadvertently, lol).
