but, something dawned on me - doesn't the censer's buff last for as long as the shield lasts plus an additional 6 seconds, whereas with heals it only lasts 6 seconds?
that seems a little bit uneven, I'd expect it only to apply for six seconds for both shields and heals - so it applies its passive on-effect but does not care how long the effect lasts.
just a thought.

The stats on Ardent are still really nice for AP poking supports. The passive is okay now, but it still boosts heals.
