What Aurelion Sol's ult should be/feel like

Because space dragon.

Would it be too much to allow Mr. Sol to charge his R? Allowing more damage and further knockback with length its charged? Right now the ult seems pretty "meh". Certainly not the mighty breath weapon worthy of a dragon.
