Aatrox is a champ that Riot hates

since the last three months: Shyv : got a buff Olaf: got a buff Jayce: got a buff Fiora: got a buff Vi: got a buff etc...

almost every old champ in Riot is getting a buff, but Riot still ignoring the existence of Aatrox, so anyone knows why Riot is doing that?, and they are also ignoring the boards threads about him, does Riot hate this champ despite his amazing mecha skin, or does Riot dont want to touch him, they even said that they wont rework him, but they will consider him in a diver class rework which is not good cuz his kit is very weak, and which will make all the people who main Atrox w8 for 6 months or even more than a year cuz we dunno when a diver rework will become available, and does it make sense when Riot is ignoring the people who main this champ ???

The issue is his kit was fundamentally flawed from the start. He's been in the same batch of champions that've been left behind to eventually be reworked years down the line practically since his release.

I agree that Aatrox's kit has some flaws that makes it hard to balance. But I think it's a little disingenuous for Riot to blacklist Aatrox for having mana-less sustain, then turn around and release the Vlad rework.

More than anything though, I just think Aatrox's kit is boring. He's got a dash/knockup which is kind of cool. And a ranged slow that doesn't really scale into late game. Both have pretty long cooldowns. Aside from that all he does is auto attack.

They do seem to go back on their word a fair bit. Weren't they trying to stomp out infinite sustain before they released Zac and Aatrox who are all about infinite sustain? :P

Zac is broken right now, but Aatrox is too bad, I've tried every possible way to build him in a way to make him better, bu failed at every build, despite both has the same idea of infinity sustain, Aatrox still the worst champ in the game.

Aatrox had a cancelled rework but now hes going to get an update when only when they will make a Diver class update,probably mid or next preseason. from all the attention Riot give to Aatrox,his Players,and the community requests and ideas,that's no surprise the game is dying and they got shitty balance reputation. Basically Me,my friends and im pretty sure all Aatrox players understand that Riot gives us the middle finger and nothing else.

What makes him horrible to balance is his passive and his life costs, I mean it makes no fucking sense to have to spend your life points just to get them back with a passive, it is frustrating for the enemy and stupid as a passive, If riot replaces that passive with something useful, takes away the life costs and gives him an extra boost on HP base and scaling he would be on a good spot.

A simple way of just making him a better champ would be for his passive to restore a fixes amount of his max life and to remove the health costs...

Riot has one game and makes a billion a year. You can't seriously expect them to be creative and competent enough to fix a champion can you? I mean come on, they have had it really rough growing a business so fast so successfully. You just don't understand how hard it is for them.
