Those changes to make shyvana deal more damage to neutral camps.

Do it with eve and j4 etc etc. Champs that are a bit weak on the clearing side and have no built in sustain could really use the change. Maybe add that affect to jarvans Q.. eve's Q. Just as examples. I don't really think j4 needs it but for the sake of an example I was just saying him (imo j4's clear is above average. He's an above average jungler.. heavy utility with good ganks.. I don't think he NEEDS it but it would be nice to spend 10-15 less seconds clearing camps early game)

it was an example. Lol I didnt say he needed I said it should be transfered around to champions that DO NEED IT lol. you subhumans with selective hearing/vision need to learn how to read the full message instead of what you think you want to hear/see.

Her passive was never a problem. She has 700range where you can see her. Meanimg you willl see her before she can even touch you with her q

Shyvanas a jungling jungler jarvan 4 is a ganking jungler one farms the jungle and comes out a badass The other camps mid and gives kills to fizz so he can carry(or takes kills and then carrys)

Jarvan does not need buffs. Very scary man right now.

Eve doesn't need more speed. Already pretty fast. Does need buffs, but must be very careful with that passive, very easy to make her too good. She is a good candidate for yet another rework because they changed pink wards to be visible and that makes her stealth pretty broken.

no she doesn't do you even know eve's base stats? lol Name them. you can safely assume that If i still wanted to play eve in anything above 2.4kmmr I'd be maxing Q first since E isn't workable unless the your ally has hard CC in every lane to make use of it's aattack speed

Eve's time to kill a camp is still very good. Just can't stay alive to kill enough camps. Giving her damage buffs will not solve her problems; she'll be a strong laner before she's even okay in the jungle if you use that approach.

She should honestly have a heal on her Q towards minions and monsters

no the shyvana "buffs" left her in a worse state than before and riot's "buffs" are stifling on her as a champion, and the "buffs" don't even end up negating the nerfs to rangers and devourer which she used.
