But does that justify it giving hardly any exp/gold? No. Does that justify it having minibuffs I honestly don't utilize when I know at any point my team could kill mid/bot/enemy jungler and we just get to do dragon? No. Maybe if smite was half the CD it is now this would justify the mini buffs and actually be a buff. But its not. And chilling smite is the only viable jungle item 90% of the time for anyone who actuallys wants to do anything pre six rofl.
