New Eve needs some buffs ASAP
She can't do anything unless things go exactly her way. no movement speed and i don't have time to wait 3 seconds for my charm to work.

They have some small buffs, but real change isn't coming until after runes reforged.
Part of me wishes they just waited until preseason to change her.
New Eve needs to have her charm (or stealth) removed, because her kit is going to be a clusterfuck until one of them is gone.
You would think Riot would have learned from the ORIGINAL Eve that stealth doesn't mix well with hard CC. It's either going to be awful to play against or awful to play as.
