I know DMG is too HIGH..

But this is not all of the issue, the issue comes from the players that can't get used to it, or they don't play too much to understand the stats of the game, every game my team get stomped 10/40 or stomp enemy 40/10 hell the balanced games are too few now.

TL;DR: Players can't even play, one lane had to back base lost 2 waves of minions early game considered as spammed lane and lost hard.
