A serious problem with queue dodging.

Whenever I'm playing a game i hover a champ and talk about strategy with my team. However when someone dodges it often places me with the same nine people, sometimes mixed us. Im super tired of all my champions being banned by someone who i just was on a team with. When someone dodges can you put us in a higher priority queue, but no with the same goddamn people!
