How did Poppy deal the most damage to champions?

Could this be a glitch or am I missing something? In this game, the enemy Poppy somehow did the most damage dealt to champions. I don't understand how this could be. This was a one sided game where their mid laner rage quit and everybody on my team won their lanes. In the pictures below, you'll see that by the end of the game, Poppy was 0/4/0 and bought only tank items and yet she did a lot more damage than I did. I know exactly how this happened based almost entirely on who she laned against... Tryndamere.

Tryn goes into /muteall splitpush mode. Shoves waves solely to put dmg on turret, poppy gets to bang on tryn for free at turret. Poppy gets lots of damage off, tryndamere heals it. Rinse and repeat.

Her damage is high to the point that it looks like a bug but assuming it's correct, her dying a lot despite being super tanky probably means she was fighting enemy champions a lot more than everyone else and getting to do a lot of damage before she died just by virtue of lasting so long. In lane she would have been consistently trading, too, whereas Lee naturally didn't do much damage as a jungler and Vayne/Annie presumably couldn't go near anyone after the early game went awfully.

Really? I admit I don't see Poppy very often so I'm not too familiar with her but is her early game damage that high? Plus she didn't even have a full tank item and only built health and armour by the end of the game so she wasn't very tanky at all.

It is not that her lane damage is extraordinarily high, that doesn't matter. If her laning damage is low that just means she applies it more often, so the end result is the same amount of damage. Maybe she wasn't very tanky but she was comfortably the tankiest person on her team, so it still checks out.
