Aatrox buff or rework?

Not much to say, i had Aatrox on an alternate account and he's just... bad, i can go in depth but its self explanatory his passive doesnt stack on one part of his W and his E's hitbox and damage is laughable in comparison to champions like Lux (I know he isnt meant to be a bursty mage but still) the only good thing about him seems to be his flat ult dmg and MAYBE his Q mobility he also ha some mediocre sustain but other than that its a shame cause he seems really cool to play but thats my opinion i realized i hit 8k ip (and i wanted to re try him) and i just wanted to see what other people thought.
