Senjuani threatens my family and 2 games latter i get 10 gamechat restriction

First of all this is my first offence i am not usually a toxic player but two games ago i played Yasuo top lane(i apologise i turned to the dark side) and was really zoned by a Kayn i asked my jungler for a gank and she came it was not successful and i go b to base 4 min later i ask again and she says 'Stfu yasuo' 'Don't make me threaten your family' the game goes on and i ask again and she starts out right flaming and threatening to kill my family and i reported her After the match , my question is why have i not gotten the ticket that says the player was dealt with? I deserve the 10 game ban i admit but so does she?
