Can we FINALLY admit 
's is the most cancerous thing right now?
ATLEAST hotfix his passive back to his old boring "magic ignite".
Gets way too much free damage from his ult and its not even a skill shot, its all automatic and unavoidable.
His ult should interact with Blaze instead of just directly applying it. I got 3 suggestions.
Make it only apply Blaze on a champion if he's in the radius of one of the detonations that's counting down, and apply another if it just bounced off of a different target with the full 3 stacks of Blaze. Shorten the countdown timer by 0.75/1/1.25 seconds when it bounces off of a target with 3 stacks. And then nerf the actual detonation damage.
It would require Brand to actually land his other 3 abilities in order to make his ult any viable, and it would be all the more rewarding after that.
I'm M7 on him, and I hate the fact that he can just press R, die, and then win teamfights for his team anyways.
Honestly alone, its damage isn't all that high, it is just in combination with it being able to hit you multiple times that makes it hurt.

everything except his E and the VERY FIRST point n click cast of R can be avoided in some way. If you are quick on your feet Brand will never get off his passive unless he is packing 45% CDR and spacing his spells to E>wait a bit>R>E right before stacks fall off.
By all means just get a bit of movespeed so you can avoid his Q and W skillshots then punish him when he whiffs it. The damage can be extremely frustrating but its literally all Brand has going for him. Brand does not really have any other selling points besides "this dude does a ton of AOE damage!" so if he wasn't doing oodles of AOE damage and immolating the competition their would literally be no real reason to pick him.
on bright side Brand is very immobile and has no real way of mitigating or avoiding damage naturally unlike 
so if you turn up the pressure on him there is not much he can do besides try to kill you before you kill him.
evasive duelist or champions who simply outrange him such as 
you will find to be great counters to brand however brand himself absolutely LOVES fighting into immobile clunky champions who cant normally avoid his spells and have to instead fight "into" him taking the brunt of his offensive 
IF you see a Brand try not to go up against him with champions like these or you are in for a bad time.
my problem is in teamfights, a good brand saves it for when we are all clustered fighting and then usually wins the teamfight just doing this. Its grossly strong.
