Rotating game mode query

I've been around for a while and understand their is a grueling process in preparing the servers for all of these game modes. Would it be possible to give the players a range of times that the game mode may become available during? I know that the concept of definitive time is long gone due to player lash back in the past,, and this is the first rotation of game modes. If successful could their be a better scheduling process?
