im about to get 4800 ip and im searching for underplayed but really strong mage for 4800 i recently bought swain and i find him more than satisfying im searching for a champion like him who can carry soloq. and as i said im mostly searching for mages i don't exclude 6300ip mages if possible
Leblanc 3150 ip. Can delete tanks with 5k hp. Stupidly broken and op.
Ahri is a balanced choice. 4800ip.
Cassiopeia is also a good choice. 4800ip i think.
brand is great right now if played right. he can punish people with %magic damage passive.
just go for lissandra and you will be gifting me skins :)
Malzahar... but he is kinda useless, if you are bad and can't position or land his silence. Brand has good dmg, but is combo reliant

Get fizz, he is extremely hard to counter. Your troll pole AKA your E is basically a zhonyas. Get him, you won't regret it.
