How's Sejuani current state?

im searching for an easy strong jungler .so is she still viable after the series of nerfs she got?is she still that unkillable tank who can carry his whole team by landing a good ult and still dealing alot of damage ? or should i go for something like vi /nocturne/skarner /shyvana etc (and im not searching op/very strong champs that are going to be useless after inevitable nerfs i m searching for a long term main for jungle)in other words is sejuani still secretly op like she used to be before being permabanned?
