You act as though 50% is even something to freak out about. That is a perfect statistical odd, considering in every game, their are two sides. Janna needs more than just nerfs though, she needs an actual rework, including a new passive that they can move power to, and a new W that has more skill expression. Trust me, they're keeping an eye on her, especially after double nerfing her in one patch.

Janna is fine, she doesnt need buffs or nerfs or reworks. Its Ardent Censer that needs some tuning.

Nerf her e and she becomes WORTHLESS. She already does the 2nd lowest damage of all the supports.
