Macro meta needs to shift

Bot lane is no longer safe for marksman. The evolution of support (burst cc, weak sustain -> poke, infinite cc, engage, shield, heal, dash, burst damage, sustain damage) makes bot lane no longer safe for late game hyper carries and more apt for mid-early game champs whom can take advantage of the offensive capabilities of most supports. Changes in warding have also made bot lane ill suited, as it is now impossible for late game champs to effectively ward their lane due to ward changes made in previous seasons, where now only the support may effectively ward and only in the mid-late game. This is why a lot of games feel like "coin flips", as people who have not adjusted to the proper meta find that late game champs bot can simply be camped out of the game by an astute jungler. Hyper carries should be moved mid, with a supportive jungler, and a support-mage duo bot lane. Top lane should remain a bastion for tanks and bruisers.
