Can you guys answer this question for me? Why shouldnt I ban caitlyn?

I essentially view all adc champs in this game the same: I right click my enemies to death from a distance. Each of them have their own unique abilites that helps them to achieve that goal. So when I think of what gives one of them a bigger edge than the rest, I would assume it is because of their range. By default, that would make Caitlyn an annoying lane bully to deal with. So I ask of you as an adc player, should I mainly ban Cait, or is there a different sleeper op adc that I should watch out for?

why? so that you aren't an asshole. no reason to ban cait, or any adc, to begin with. there are many other champions who are just as bad. Yasuo MasterYi Warwick Pyke Mordekaiser to name a few.

she is a very good lane dominate champ who dips slightly mid game but come late game is as strong as any except those few who hyper scale.

she is the Queen of bot lane. her range is a pain in the ass for most. but what makes her strong now is the easy of getting 100% crit chance making her super strong with autos cuz she does not rely on abilities outside of lane for the most part.

another champ to consider for the 100% crit as well would be Jhin

dont u like her putting 5 traps down under ur tower so u have limited space to walk? should be able to attack traps. got to be on eof the most annoying antics int he game.

Their are champs that can outrange her..but if you do not play one of them she is a good ban choice

Play syndra into cait. Then laugh at you 100 to 0 her at level 6 before she is in range to auto you.

As for your question: I only ban Cait if im playing for fun.

You should tailor your Bans to yourself.

Got a hard counter you hate most? Ban it. If not? Got a Champion you hate to see in games? Ban it. If not? Know a teammates pick has a hard counter? Ban it. If not? Ask teammates if they want to use your Ban and what champ they want banned. Ban that.

I've been banning her ever since the 2x 2 AD buffs she didn't need.

I will continue banning her until she's nerfed significantly.
