on the PBE right now he gets some buffs. the cdr from his w is now 12 on all ranks instead of 20/18/16/14/12
AAAAND his ult now deals damage to everyone that gets trapped in it. before he only did damage to the person he clicked on.
i think jarvan will make a comeback (especially in lcs)
VictoryDance961 votesI don't know about LCS, but I do hope Jarvan makes a comeback for sure. The problem is he is way more linear than he used to be, and the lack of diversity in his builds has caused people to lose some interest in him.
