why does Shen's Q scale with ap ?
its only 1% per 100 AP for 3 attacks, you could do a lot better by just building hp instead
why not make his Q heal him for a % of his max hp or make it increase the duration of his W after its cast or something also why does his spirit sword thingy only apply a slow if any enemy champ gets in its way?, why doesn't it just lower the defense of whoever is near it or gets hit by it ?
