What if Miss Fortune Strut passive ha 2 passives

i had an idea that would be cute to see on miss fortune. what if she had a 2nd passive that activates when her Strut passive deactivates for example:

**miss forune abilities gain new effects when strut is not active (Q- c knocks back, W- heal on basic atack instead of bonus damage, E- gives movent speed to allies R- increase the allies movement speed and the impure shots will also heal when using Bullet Time **
