How I would balance Akali

Passive --> Akali now heals for half the amount of old Q heal when she crosses the ring. Attacking a turret while passive is up consumes it. TL;DR- A combined Twin Disciplines. Q --> Base damage +5 W --> Makes enemies nearsighted(like the Graves thing) E --> unchanged, same as live. R --> 1st dash: No longer a dash. Akali now throws out a kunai that damages(only a little damage) and marks enemies. 2nd dash: Stuns for 0.5 seconds on hit. If marked enemy dies, refund 50% of all non-ultimate CD. Marked enemy is stunned for an extra 0.5 seconds if they don't die. Otherwise unchanged.

This seems pretty broken at a glance, but it combines new Akali with elements of old Akali, which was less of a problem compared to new Akali.

That’s not broken. It’s really bad.

First, making her shroud just near sight, not even a stealth (unless it is a stealth, as well, in which case nearsight does absolutely nothing but making it frustrating to play against)

Second, removing her execute, which is her big reliable damage to finish off targets, and making the first part a line skill shot makes it entirely worthless, as all it’s going to do is get blocked by minions.

What if she got her Q heal back BUT the heal can only trigger from champions.
