Enable a vote system, if 4 people on a 5 man team within the first 3 minutes of the game vote someone afk. The game is cancelled, no win/loss to anyone, and that person gets a report. This vote cannot occur if anyone dies during that 3 minute period.
So.... my 4 man pre-made doesn't like our 5th... "He's afk, abandon game."
Get counter picked in champ select, everyone agrees to abort the game "Vote takes place, 4 people vote" - Game over.
How exactly will your system overcome the two above issues?
That's not any different than your 4 man pre-made all reporting him as intentional feed after the game. The only way to stop 'false' reports would be for riot to punish the people that do it, which is a separate issue on it's own. Also it's a game abort, you don't GAIN anything by doing it other than another 10 minutes in champ select. You could however give all the people the same 'delay' timer that you get for a queue dodge. That would limit it's use to real events. Also on a side note, if you believe a SINGLE counter pick is "GG" #staybronze.
