Why do people get banned?

Why do we get banned for talking shit, flaming and being abusive? People can mute us. So why? Literally no reason. Mute button exists. Banning system doesn't work anyways. Everyone will snap at least a few times by playing this frustrating game, so just ban everyone just in case.

If you get that angry at people over a video game to the point you need to be abusive towards them, maybe you shouldnt be playing that game.

If you're actually a piece of shit to play with consistently you should be banned. I've seen a lot of stupid chat bans recently however.
