Fix tank ekko already... seriously

It's really getting old watching an assassin build full tank and do more damage than any squishy damage dealer on your team. Sure if he wants to build tank than he should be able to, but he shouldn't be rewarded for it in damage. It's not that difficult of a fix and it's been how long now? stop sitting around and acting like you're doing anything and not FIX TANK EKKO
