Uneven matchmaking Queue's

Alright, so i just played a normal summoner's rift game where it matched on my team an unranked player (never played ranked even once) with less than 100 games ever even played, me(silver 4), and another bronze 1, silver 2 and silver 4. And then there's the enemy team a Diamond 4, silver 1 (gold last season, silver 4, and then a bronze 4 and 2. How exactly would you call that an even match-up. At the very least we should of had a gold or diamond on our team to counter the diamond and nearly gold on their's, nope instead it gives us someone who has never even played a placement in ranked and barely knows the game with only one champion to even mastery of lvl 5.
