Can we bring back that lucian ult critting that was on the pbe a while back?

I just watched a lucian with the now most viable build (although it's probably better to get shiv and ie in my opinion) , essence reaver and rapidfire dash onto a mf auto her q her auto again then ult her he literally hit his full ult and she didn't die even though she was behind him in levels and had an essence reaver and berzerkers. it's really sad how this champ has gone to such shit
