And not punish us for using it. Seriously i don't know how much more of this shit i can take tbh. I enter a match and our supp is going to play karthus, our toxic adc flames him and leaves. Dodged a bullet there, dont have to play with toxic dysfunctional players who would most likely lose us the game. Queue up again, guess what? I get the SAME two players again, same exact roles. Dude wants to play karthus supp and adc loses his shit again then picks lee sin and takes smite . Now i had to dodge, lose lp and wait 30 freaking minutes because some randoms wanted to act like complete ass hats.

they won t ever remove punish for dodging since people will start abusing it every time they dont like their teams or enemy comp. what they should add is a report button in champion select.

Because that wouldn't get abused in every game someone gets their main banned or didn't like a teammate pick

It's threads like these that I just can't not be sassy with. Dodging is already a problem, and it has penalties for very clear reasons. Why would I want to volunteer to make said problem worse? The justification doesn't make up for the problems it'll cause.

You have to wait 30 minutes, in order for the que to fill with new people. Why would you not want to wait 30 minutes? Do you want to que up instantly, only to be grouped once again with the two players who caused you to dodge in the first place?

And yes, depending on your elo, 30 minutes is the average que times across elos. If you are in bronze, well, que times are much lower, but Riot had to have some sort of mechanism to prevent you from queing up with the same people and then dodge again, so they chose the average time.
