I can choose a fox, a bull, birds, robot, snake, hulk, mutant, spider, zombies, scarecrow, two fish, gargoyle, centaur, gnome/squirrel hybrids (yordles), a beetle, Kindred, a spitting larva, a rock, a tree, mermaid, a dog, a cougar, a yeti, a spiked armadillo, a rachni queen, an alligator (could be a crocodile, but I'm pretty sure it's an alligator), a lion, a boar, a clown, a dragon, a scorpion, troll, a rat, a tiger/turtle/bear/phoenix man, polar bear, wolf, monkey, flubber, and Poison Ivy.

I like it.

A half-breed born from the union between dragon and human, Shyvana searched all her life for belonging. Persecution forged her into a brutal warrior, and those who dare stand against Shyvana face the fiery beast lurking just beneath her skin.

Dragonkind considered Shyvana's impure blood an abomination, and she spent her youth pursued relentlessly by one cruel drake. Constantly on the run, she and her father, an outcast dragon, never knew a lasting home. A brutal reflection of countless battles, Shyvana grew hateful and savage. After years of strife, her father finally fell to the other dragon, but not before gravely wounding his foe. Furious with grief, Shyvana pursued her father's murderer as he fled north to recover. There she encountered a group of humans on the trail of the same drake. Though the men looked upon her in fear, their leader approached Shyvana peacefully. He introduced himself as Jarvan IV, the Prince of Demacia, and offered to aid Shyvana in her quest for vengeance. Together they hunted down and confronted the vicious dragon that had slain her father. Shyvana did not expect the men to survive, but in the clash of fire and steel, Jarvan and his men fought with strength she had never believed humans to possess. The ironclad warriors drove their foe into submission, and Shyvana struck the final blow, tearing the beast's heart from its body. Inspired by her ferocity, Jarvan offered her a place in the ranks of his elite guard. Shyvana could still see fear in the eyes of his men, but she longed for a true home. Trusting Jarvan's word, she accepted his offer and now serves as a Demacian warrior. Though her human allies admire her power, they keep their distance. Shyvana strives to repay the prince's kindness with the power of the dragon within, but she cannot help but wonder if the humans are right to fear her.

The wyvern has often been confused with the dragon, due to the similarities between them and due to the wyvern being a lesser-known mythical creature.

Wyvern is an alteration of Middle English (attested thirteenth century) reven, from Old French wivre (cf. French guivre and vouivre), itself from Latin vīpera, meaning 'viper', 'adder', 'asp'.

So Shyvana is a Wyvern not a dragon. While similar, they are completely different. Think of them as cousins.

Wyvern's are "lesser" dragons. Still fall under the fictional scientific classification as dragons. It's like chimpanzees, gorillas and orangutans are all great apes. We'll call those the "dragons."

Then you have gibbons and monkeys which are considered lesser apes, we'll call this the "wyverns".

The lore may state that but the design and appearance of her so called "dragon form" is actually that of a wyvern.

Many movies and games will confuse wyverns with dragons. Some note able examples are Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (the creature they escape the bank on is a wyvern even though it gets called a dragon), Game of Thrones, The Hobbit (Smaug is a wyvern even though he get's called a dragon), and Reign of Fire (the design of their dragons is a wyvern). So league can be forgiven for it's wording mistake.

The difference between dragons and wyverns is quite easy to spot.

Wyverns have one set of limbs and a pair of wings which they use to walk with.

Dragons have 2 sets of limbs and a pair of wings. The wings are curled up against their bodies when they are on the ground and they use their 4 legs to walk.

So wyvern: 2 legs, 1 pair wings.

Dragon: 4 legs, 1 pair of wings.

Actually, scientist had already proven that the 4 leg structure isn't possible because of how the shoulder bones/muscles would cause extreme discomfort in pair with wings. Old depictions of dragons had 4 limbs, but any new age dragon (since people have become more educated on the subject) is not possible to have limbs that close that fucntion properly, so they'd all only have 2 legs.

Lastly, wyverns are a hybrid breed like a chimera. Head of a dragon, forked tail, snake tongue.

Wyverns are considered lesser dragons in the same sense that a great white is lesser version of the Megaladon or the ancient sense of Asian Kingdoms when rulers would be know as "Greater Lee" and "Lesser Lee" with "lesser" being the prince or younger version.

I've been studying mythology, religion and animals all my life young man. Don't take my word for it, do some proper research.

Even playing certain games like The Witcher, Jade Empire, Monster Hunter can give you a better perspective.
