Sejuani nerf

WHAT IS THIS NERF. from 20/70/120 + 100% total armor and mr to 20 + 25% bonus armor and mr for just 1 SECOND ADDED TO ITS DURATION. that is too big of a nerf. also her E, sure they increased the damage by 150% but they nerfed the range and stun duration. this is the biggest nerf ive seen in a very long time. trying to make a high cc tank deal more damage with less overall survival at the start of a fight is just questionable. just played her and i got completely shredded in teamfights.
