So Wukong is op and I think hes over due for a rework
So for a while now i've been seeing more wukongs popping up, which i love, but has gotten him in the op section of league's champion pool, so this is where i really want to ask riot, where is my monkey's rework!?? Big or small i think he is deserving of one and needs it, cause the wu i remember playing back in the day wasnt always about the .5s one-shot and whether you wanted to play him fighter, tank, or assassin you could. Anyway here is one of my quick brainstorms i did today for a rework on Wukong, hope you like!(I think the E and W are my fav) Also keep in mind this is coming from a wu main with 1.6 mill mastery. P: Wuju-Shimon Style Enchanted Staff-Wu Jin Bang: When Wukong auto attacks or uses q against a marked champ the mark is consumed and deals XXX(+50% targets bonus AR and MR)(+10% bonus AD) as magic damage. Consumed marks reduce the cooldown of W and E by .5/1/1.5s.
Stone Skin: While in combat slowly gain 3/4/6 (+20% bonus AR and MR) Armor and Magic Resist per second capping at 4 seconds.
Q: RANGE: 300-900 COST: 55 MANA COOLDOWN: 9/8/7/6/5 Active: Wukong quickly slam down his staff in target direction, reducing enemy AR, slowing, and marking them. Holding down the skill gradually increases the range and damage of the ability but reduces the speed of the swing. Resets AA timer and applies on-hits. (Total AD Scaling)
W: EFFECT RADIUS: 175 COST: 50/55/60/65/70 MANA COOLDOWN: 20/18/15/12/10 Active: Wukong blinks 100 units away, enters invisibility for 1.5 seconds and leaves behind a decoy of himself. After 1.5 seconds, the decoy performs a circular attack around itself for 0.5 seconds, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies, and then vanishes. During or after leaving stealth, for a short time, you can activate the ability to throw down a smoke poppy(radius 200) dealing magic damage and nearsighting, slowing, and silencing enemies. This ability can be cast even while Cloud-Walking. (both skills have high AP scaling)
E: TARGET RANGE: 625 EFFECT RADIUS: 187.5 COST: 40/45/50/55/60 MANA COOLDOWN: 10 Active: Wukong dashes on a cloud to the target enemy and sends out images to attack up to two additional enemies near the primary target, dealing physical damage to each enemy struck. Upon hitting his target, Wukong gains bonus attack speed for 4 seconds. (Mid bonus AD scaling) Held: (Cloud-Walking) Wukong jumps on a nimbus cloud gaining some movement speed and charges his next basic attack for 6s. Does not take you out of stealth. Release the skill to jump to target enemy, dealing physical damage, applying on-hits and marking them. (High bonus AD scaling) Using either of the two abilities puts the skill on cooldown. You can also Nimbus Strike to your clone causing Wukong to jump on it and kick it back in the direction he came.
R: EFFECT RADIUS: 162.5 COST: 110 MANA COOLDOWN: 120/105/90 Active: ACTIVE: Wukong spins his staff around for up to 4 seconds, becomes pacified and gains 5% - 40% (based on time active) bonus movement speed. Reactivating Cyclone cancels it immediately. The spin deals physical damage to nearby enemies every quarter second. Enemies affected by Cyclone for the first time are briefly knocked up. (Total AD scaling)
