It just doesnt feel very useful because of the wind up. So much foresight is required and even then sometimes it ends up just wasting your redemption. It should have better pay off for what the wind up and cooldown, as well as price, is.
Redemption needs a change. It's worthless in lower elo and too strong higher up.

It's really kind of a must-have for active items on support. Especially for the trinket. When you have this and 2-3 stacks on it, you can just spam redemption each time an ally takes small damage or is in bad positioning.
