Idea for making LB more tolerable

Remember when in her reworked version she would place a mark but youd have to wait a bit for it to charge before being able to proc it ... well i thought

what if That mark charge came back however theres a difference

When you Q you mark the target ... follow up with something else immediatly and you still proc the damage however if you let it charge you can proc the utility part of the W and E ... W being youre allowed to use W to return and E is allowed to root

So laning would be .. if you Q W straight away you proc the damage but you cant use W again to return however if you let the mark charge for a second you can proc it deal the damage as well as be allowed to return

i thought if it becomes too problematic then maybe when W and E get max rank or if LB gets level 11 then they should become independent and work as they do now ..but doing this should make her more easy to deal with in the early game

I like the idea of bonuses if you let the Q be longer on the target and don't insta proc it but being able to go back to W is a core part of her kit (her W also often gets used in other situations than trades) and shouldn't depend on anything.

Maybe take down it's damage and add a slow to it if it was on the enemy more than 1 second? And a small amount of bonus damage. Or you could give it an small AoE explode so you can use it to waveclear.

She shouldn't be too dependent on it, but it would still be nice to see if there was at least some of her QW burst shifted into that instead.
