Token Urgot Rework Thread
Something that I've cobbled on my spare time. I don't expect for it to be read by anybody, but this is how I'd rework Urgot to keep most of the key elements of his gameplay while making him less of a cancer to lane against.

SKILLS
PASSIVE - Targeting Systems
Hitting enemies with Basic Attacks or Abilities gives that enemy a stack of Targeting. Upon reaching 4 stacks, that target becomes *Locked On* for 3/4/5 seconds, granting Urgot 100/150/200 bonus range both on his basic attacks and his Hunter Rockets as well as enabling secondary effects on his skills. Stacks decay after 2.5 seconds and an enemy cannot be *Locked On* twice under 12/10/8 seconds.
Q - Hunter Rocket - 4 Sec Cooldown - 40 Mana Cost - 900 Range
Urgot fires a rocket down a line that deals 10/50/90/130/170 (+80% Total AD) Physical Damage to the first target struck and 25% less damage for each other target, stopping at the third. Kills with this skill refunds 50% of it's cost.
Hitting enemy champions with this skill gains Urgot a stack of Wrath, up to a cap of 3. Upon hitting an enemy champion with a rocket, Hunter Rocket's cooldown refreshes by 20% per stack of Wrath. Urgot loses Wrath after 4.5 seconds without damaging an enemy champion.
LOCKED ON: Hunter Rockets home into the target, ignoring all other enemies.
W - Overdrive - 16/15/14/13/12 Sec Cooldown - 60/65/70/75/80 Mana Cost - Self Cast
Urgot overcharges himself, gaining 10/15/20/25/30 Armor and Magical Resistance and 20/30/40/50/60 Movement Speed for 3 seconds, alongside a Shield that absorbs 20/50/80/110/140 + (12% Maximum Mana) that lasts twice as long.
LOCKED ON: All Locked On enemies under a 425 Radius countinuously receive an electric shock that deals 12/16/20/24/28 (+40% Ability Power) per second. It also slows them by 2
E - Noxian Corrosive Charge - 15/14.5/14/13.5/13 Sec Cooldown - 50/55/60/65/70 Mana Cost - 825 Range
Urgot lobs a bomb that explodes in a 275-unit radius at the targeted location, dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+65% Bonus AD) Physical Damage over 5 seconds to all targets struck, as well as reducing their armor by 12/14/16/18/20% (Minimum of 8/11/14/17/20 Flat Penetration). Only the intial impact applies a stack of *Targeting*.
LOCKED ON: While under the effect of Noxian Corrosive Charge, targets will be revealed and attacks made by Urgot will cause 2/3/4/5/6% of their Maximum Health as Physical Damage.
R - Hellfire Bunker Buster - 150/120/90 Sec Cooldown - 100 Mana Cost - 1000 Range
Urgot fires a grenade on a target area that explodes in a 350 Radius after 1-3 Seconds depending on how far the grenade lands. Any target caught in the immediate explosion are Feared for 0.75 Seconds, *Locked On*, and suffer 150/275/400 (+60% Ability Power) Magical Damage. The explosion also creates a burning zone that slows by 15% and deals 4/6/8% Maximum Health as Physical Damage per second to anybody standing on it.
